Who is Mamimoves suitable for?

Mamimoves is aimed at all pregnant women and mothers throughout the entire postpartum process. It is a comprehensive and personalized online yoga program that can be done flexibly from home or on the go.

What happens after my birth?

You can seamlessly transition to the postpartum course from the moment of your birth. Under ‘my account,’ you have the option to independently switch to the postpartum section through the ‘membership’ menu.

How does the MAMIMOVES membership work?

The membership is valid from the moment of registration until your termination. Termination is possible either on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the membership type.

When can I start postpartum yoga?

You can seamlessly switch to postpartum exercise classes after giving birth, including Baby Massage class, Mommy classes, and Expert classes. We recommend starting gentle postpartum yoga one week after giving birth and intensifying your yoga practice six weeks after giving birth. If you have had a C-section, we recommend that you wait at least eight weeks before beginning the intensive postpartum yoga program.

When can I start with Mamimoves during pregnancy?

The full program, including the individual video class, starts from week 16.

How can I cancel my Mamimoves membership?

To cancel your membership, click on the “My Account” tab and select “My Subscription”. Under your active subscription, click “View” and then select “Cancel”.

I have registered but cancelled the payment process, what now?

A user account has been created for you. You can complete the payment process and start your trial week under ‘My Account’. If no user account has been created for you yet, simply register again.
