Vera is a former figure skater and professional dancer. She has been involved in yoga and mindfulness training since her youth in order to overcome challenges and achieve peak performance. As she developed athletically and professionally, her yoga style also changed from dynamic Vinyasa flows to regenerating and reactivating forms of yoga. The supportive effect of yoga, breathing and mindfulness training during and after her own pregnancies led Vera to specialize in the area and pass on her knowledge in courses and training during and after pregnancy.

IBorn in Ghana and raised in Switzerland, Vera is interested in cultural diversity and philosophy. Her master’s degree in applied ethics allows her to analyze difficult questions, weigh values ​​and make informed decisions based on them.
